Venturi Junk Basket

Catcher Venturi Junk Basket is used to remove all kinds of debris and formation particles in cased and open hole wells. These debris and particles are difficult to circulate to the surface. When the fluid is pumped through the coiled tubing to the Venturi tube, the nozzle guides the fluid into the annulus between the tool's outer diameter and the casing, creates a vacuum in the Venturi chamber, and sucks the fluid and debris into the tool collecting chamber. The nozzle is replaceable to achieve any possible velocity ratio and pressure combination. A carbide sleeve milling shoe can be installed at the bottom of the tool for milling or cleaning the fish. An important feature of the Venturi tube is that it does not depend on the size of the hole. Venturi operates at a much faster speed than the pump, so it can be used regardless of the size of the hole and nitrogen without damaging the tool.

According to the specific operation process, the Venturi Junk Basket can be operated with or without a motor.
