High Torque/High Temperature Drilling Mud Motors

ASBR high-torque drilling mud motor, the stator rubber has the characteristics of high hardness and strong wear resistance. Compared with conventional rubber, the rubber hardness has increased by 29% , the wear resistance has increased by 30%, the output torque has increased by 50%, and the working life can be increased by 35%. The reliability of the mud motor is greatly improved in complex and difficult-to-drill formations.

ASBR high-temperature drilling mud motor, unique stator rubber formula, can support the use of the mud motor in extreme conditions, and ensure the reliability of the mud motor. It has performed stably in wells in China where the temperature can reach 204 ℃ and has continued to maintain strong performance under extremely high temperature conditions. It has excellent application performance in China's shale oil blocks and geothermal wells.
