ASBR all-metal downhole motor provides a metal-to-metal power solution that can operate in extreme environments. The problems of conventional downhole motors under extreme conditions such as short life, low efficiency, and pump holding will be solved in time. Increase the reliability of field operations, reduce non-production operation time, and provide users with a perfect solution to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
The power section of the ASBR all-metal downhole motor is designed to operate at high-temperature, ultra-high-temperature wellbore temperatures exceeding 180°C (356°F), and can be applied to harsh fluid types such as acids, oil-d muds, H2S and N2.
ASBR all-metal downhole motor does not contain any rubber, so it is not easy to be affected by rubber block blistering, falling off or degumming like the traditional rubber-containing power sections part.
