AR-FR™Friction Reducer

AR-FR™Friction Reducer is applied to long distance operation in horizontal section of well drilling and completion. By modifying the interface performance between drill pipe and borehole, as well as between coiled tubing and casing with drag reducing agent, mechanical friction can be reduced, helical buckling and self-locking of tubing string can be delayed, sliding efficiency and feeding speed of tubing string can be improved, and the downhole depth of tubing string and downhole tools can be increased during drilling and completion.

 

Product characteristics:

The wellbore friction coefficient (CoF) can be reduced from 0.24 to 0.13.

It can maintain stable performance in extreme environments such as high temperature and high pressure.

It can help the operation company to carry out coiled tubing operation in horizontal wells up to 13 000 ft.

Seawater injection can be used.

Usage method:

1. Usually used amount is 1-3 gptg (1-3 L/m³) sewage.

2. Please test before operation in order to determine the optimum usage.

 

Packaging, storage and transportation:

1. Packaging: Plastic drums with net weight of 200 kg (+0.5 kg) per drum.

2. Transportation: Light loading and unloading during transportation to avoid damage.

3. Storage: ventilated storage, prevent exposure to the sun, since the date of production storage period of two years.
