Work advantages:

1) With PDC bits, the high-frequency rotating impact force is transmitted to the bit, and the formation is rotated and sheared by impact crushing, so as to improve the penetration rate while guaranteeing the wellbore quality.

2) The fluid energy of drilling fluid is converted into torsional, high frequency, uniform and stable mechanical impact energy, which is transmitted directly to PDC bit to keep the continuity of bit and bottom hole.

3) Eliminating the stick-slip phenomenon of drill bit and reducing the backwash torsion which are helpful to improve the durability of drill bit and prolong the service life of drill bit.

4) The torsional oscillation on the drill string is weakened, which reduces the fatigue degree of the lower assembly and the drill pipe.


Structural characteristics:

1) Pure power mechanical design, no electronic components, no rubber parts;

2) The maximum temperature resistance is 210 C, and the torsional impact frequency can reach 700-1500 times per minute.

3) No anode pulse will be produced.

4) Can bring its own stabilizer to prevent deviation and ensure wellbore quality.

5) Does not affect logging and MWD.
